Solar power and water near the bath house, memory foam beds, fans, lamps, rugs, toys/games, cooler, shade structure, cooking station with supplies including butane burner, coffee percolator, skillet and pans, and cooking utensils, charcoal grill, dry wood storage box, picnic table, chairs, firepit, and so much more…Tents can sleep 5-8 people, and groups can book adjacent sites. Epic mountain biking trails from beginner to pro, miles of hiking, equestrian trails with free barn and paddock, fishing, kayaking/canoeing/paddling, and close to Lithia Springs for swimming.
