  experienced Registered Nurses will be available to provide answers to any 
 questions you may have. Our goal is to help you feel at ease and comfortabl
 e with what to expect when your baby arrives.\n\nThis class will include an
  interactive segment when we practice breathing techniques, stretches, and 
 labor positions. We encourage you to bring your support person and if possi
 ble, a blanket or yoga mat. Pillow and birthing ball are optional.\n\nNo ch
 ildren please. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Tour of the Women's Cente
 r will be offered at the end of class.\n\nSince this catered class often bo
 oks to capacity, we ask that you please let us know if you are unable to ma
 ke it, so we can open the wait list.
