 agement, and provides information regarding support services to assist unin
 sured or under-insured students and families new to Hillsborough County.<br
  /> <br />The Back-2-School Coalition of Hillsborough County Health Clinics
  serve students entering kindergarten through high school grade levels who 
 are in need of a school physical, immunization, and shot records update for
  school enrollment.<br />Event includes:<br />• No Cost physicals and immun
 izations offered by local health & medical partners<br />• No Cost Eye Exam
 s | Dental Screenings | Hearing Screenings (not available at all locations)
 <br />• Access to programs and services offered by local community & health
  agencies<br /><br />Our clinics are held annually during the summer and fa
 milies are required to register in advance. To be eligible to attend a Back
 -2-School Health Clinic, a child must meet the following requirements:<br /
 ><br />​<br />Must be new to Hillsborough County Public or Charter Schools.
 <br /><br />Must be uninsured, under-insured or have Medicaid coverage; Pri
 vate Insurance not eligible.<br /><br />Enrolling in the 7th grade this yea
 r and need a routine immunization booster shot. (T-Dap)<br /><br />Enrollin
 g in Kindergarten this year, and must be 5 years or older on or before Sept
 ember 5th of the current year.
