DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:The decorated boats will pass slowly in front of the Riverview Civic Center
  at sunset (around 6 PM). They will travel up the Alafia River, turn around
 , and pass back by the Riverview Civic Center, but not as close as the firs
 t pass. Boats participating in the judging will proceed directly to River’s
  Edge Bar & Grill in Gibsonton for the After Party and the announcement of 
 the winners. Activities will take place both outdoors and indoors at the Ri
 verview Civic Center before and after the first pass of the decorated boats
 .\n\nPhotos with Santa\nJoin Santa on the decorated stage inside the Riverv
 iew Civic Center to capture your photos.\n\nFood\nFood, snacks, and drinks 
 will be available inside the Riverview Civic Center for a donation. Cash an
 d card accepted.\n\nHoliday Music & Entertainment\nImmerse yourself in the 
 cheerful sounds of the season provided by Master of Ceremonies Jeanne Bush 
 and DJ Jeff Olsen.\n\nChili Cook-Off ($5 donation)\nVote for your favorite 
 Chili! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes awarded around 7 PM.\n\nLocal Nonprof
 its & Wish Tree Lane\nLearn more about some of our local nonprofits and/or 
 choose an ornament off of their Wish Tree.\n\nAfter Party at River’s\nEdge
