  at sunset (around 6 PM). They will travel up the Alafia River, turn around
 , and pass back by the Riverview Civic Center, but not as close as the firs
 t pass. Boats participating in the judging will proceed directly to River’s
  Edge Bar & Grill in Gibsonton for the After Party and the announcement of 
 the winners. Activities will take place both outdoors and indoors at the Ri
 verview Civic Center before and after the first pass of the decorated boats

 e the Riverview Civic Center to capture your photos.<br /><br />Food<br />F
 ood, snacks, and drinks will be available inside the Riverview Civic Center
