Childbirth Preparation - In-Person at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital

Join us at HCA Florida, Brandon for an informative In-Person Childbirth Class to expectant parents. This class will cover the third trimester, labor and delivery, comfort measures, medical interventions, postpartum, and infant care. Have questions about your upcoming delivery? One of our skilled and experienced Registered Nurses will be available to provide answers to any questions you may have. Our goal is to help you feel at ease and comfortable with what to expect when your baby arrives.
This class will include an interactive segment when we practice breathing techniques, stretches, and labor positions. We encourage you to bring your support person and if possible, a blanket or yoga mat. Pillow and birthing ball are optional.
No children please. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Tour of the Women's Center will be offered at the end of class.
Since this catered class often books to capacity, we ask that you please let us know if you are unable to make it, so we can open the wait list.
