Join Francesca Gray, as she guides you through a relaxing yoga practice safe for you and your little one growing inside of you. Take one hour out of your week to learn breathing and calming techniques to help you throughout all the stages in your pregnancy. Creating a safe space for mothers to come to improve their mental and physical strength, flexibility and balance. Francesca will focus on breathing techniques, strengthening your pelvic floor, and embracing the beautiful journey of pregnancy.
