Goat Yoga is more than a workout — it’s an unforgettable experience that combines gentle movement, fresh air, and the joyful energy of our curious, cuddly goats. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, re-centered, and maybe even with a few new furry friends.
Each class is 45–60 minutes and led by a certified yoga instructor in our open-air, shaded barn or grassy field (weather depending). While you focus on stretching, breathing, and light movement, our goats roam freely — climbing, nuzzling, and occasionally joining your poses!
