Grab your little one (ages 4 and up) and join us for a fun, energetic workout designed for one parent per one child! This is the perfect way to get moving, build healthy habits, and strengthen your bond while enjoying fitness together. Kids look up to their parents in so many ways—what better way to inspire them than by showing them how fun and empowering staying active can be?
At our Gym Bus Fit Camp, we'll use TRX, medicine balls, dumbbells, barbells, plates, and more to sweat, stretch, and strengthen—while laughing and cheering each other on. It's a supportive, family-friendly environment where both parent and child leave feeling accomplished, energized, and connected. Come join the fun and get healthy together at New Hope Kids Center! (it's the big building that says "KIDS" out front)
