The Back-2-School Coalition of Hillsborough County encourages early immunization practices, promotes healthy lifestyle choices, increases parental engagement, and provides information regarding support services to assist uninsured or under-insured students and families new to Hillsborough County.
The Back-2-School Coalition of Hillsborough County Health Clinics serve students entering kindergarten through high school grade levels who are in need of a school physical, immunization, and shot records update for school enrollment.
Event includes:
• No Cost routine immunizations, COVID Vaccinations, and school physicals are offered by local health & medical partners
• No Cost Eye Exams | Dental Screenings | Hearing Screenings
• Access to programs and services offered by local community & health agencies.
