Alafia Lighted Boat Parade
- When: Saturday, December 7, 2024, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Location: Riverview Park and Civic Center, 11020 Park Dr., Riverview, FL 33569
- Cost: Free
The decorated boats will pass slowly in front of the Riverview Civic Center at sunset (around 6 PM). They will travel up the Alafia River, turn around, and pass back by the Riverview Civic Center, but not as close as the first pass. Boats participating in the judging will proceed directly to River’s Edge Bar & Grill in Gibsonton for the After Party and the announcement of the winners. Activities will take place both outdoors and indoors at the Riverview Civic Center before and after the first pass of the decorated boats.

Food
Food, snacks, and drinks will be available inside the Riverview Civic Center for a donation. Cash and card accepted.
Holiday Music & Entertainment
Immerse yourself in the cheerful sounds of the season provided by Master of Ceremonies Jeanne Bush and DJ Jeff Olsen.
Chili Cook-Off ($5 donation)
Vote for your favorite Chili! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes awarded around 7 PM.

After Party at River’s
Edge Bar & Grill in Gibsonton
The best decorated boats will be announced during the After Party once all the boats have arrived at River’s Edge Bar & Grill after 7 PM. Stay and enjoy the live music and cheer on all our Captains and their celebrate with us! Prizes provided by River’s Edge Bar & Grill
