Come discover rural Florida history through hands-on activities and pioneer chores. Tour our historic buildings such as our 1885 Carlton House, 1891 General Store, and 1898 Okahumpka Train Depot. Join in on a one-room school house lesson, try your skills at rolling hoops, or dip a $2 beeswax candle all while listening to the sounds of a bluegrass band on our main stage.
Smithsonian Magazine’s National Museum Day event has been paused for 2023, but in the spirit of that community event, Cracker Country will offer FREE admission for all visitors for this one day special event!
