
The Back-2-School Coalition of Hillsborough County encourages early immunization practices, promotes healthy lifestyle choices, increases parental engagement, and provides information regarding support services to assist uninsured or under-insured students and families new to Hillsborough County.
The Back-2-School Coalition of Hillsborough County Health Clinics serve students entering kindergarten through high school grade levels who are in need of a school physical, immunization, and shot records update for school enrollment.
Event includes:
• No Cost physicals and immunizations offered by local health & medical partners
• No Cost Eye Exams | Dental Screenings | Hearing Screenings (not available at all locations)
• Access to programs and services offered by local community & health agencies
Our clinics are held annually during the summer and families are required to register in advance. To be eligible to attend a Back-2-School Health Clinic, a child must meet the following requirements:
Must be new to Hillsborough County Public or Charter Schools.
Must be uninsured, under-insured or have Medicaid coverage; Private Insurance not eligible.
Enrolling in the 7th grade this year and need a routine immunization booster shot. (T-Dap)
Enrolling in Kindergarten this year, and must be 5 years or older on or before September 5th of the current year.
