Reading with the Rays

The Tampa Bay Rays and Suncoast Credit Union invite you to participate in the 2025 Reading with the Rays program. The rules are simple: choose your favorite books from your local library or select articles from your favorite section of the Tampa Bay Times, then track your reading over the summer. As you read, you'll round the bases and earn Rays-themed prizes along the way.

When you reach first base, you'll receive a Rays bracelet. At second base, you'll earn a Rays cup. Make it to third base and collect a baseball stress reliever. Finally, when you hit home plate by completing 24 total hours of reading, you’ll receive a Suncoast Minor Savings Account with a $24 deposit to celebrate your achievement.

To claim each prize, have a parent or guardian initial your game card at each milestone. Bring your card to your local library or any Suncoast Credit Union branch to redeem your prizes. All children who complete the game card are eligible to receive these exciting rewards. Reading with the Rays is a fun way to stay engaged, learn, and enjoy the summer.
