Croc Encounters offers unique and exciting conservation-oriented educational programs for groups of any size or age group. All of our programs include live animals and are interactive and hands-on.
We can focus on a variety of themes to engage and excite or tailor a specific program to meet the interests of your group. With years of combined classroom experience, our instructors are top-notch. They engage the audience, making for an interactive, exciting learning experience.
All programs are designed to be age-appropriate and to assist with Sunshine State Standards. Our philosophy is that safety is number one and we have a perfect track record. Croc Encounters is insured and is a registered vendor with the surrounding counties.
Volunteering:
Croc Encounters relies on volunteers for everything that we do. Volunteers help with care of animals, habitat construction, grounds-keeping and education programs/fundraising.
What we seek in our volunteers is dependability, willingness to work hard and a desire to learn. Volunteers must be at least 13 years of age to volunteer and able to work with minimal supervision. Those under the age of 13 may work with a parent or guardian present. We ask that you please be available to volunteer at least one day a week for a minimum of four hours.
