Dr. Austin Smith (known by many patients as Dr. AJ) founded Little Fins Pediatric Dentistry with one goal in mind: to provide gentle, high-quality pediatric dental care for children in Lithia, Florida and the surrounding communities. After serving families throughout the greater Tampa area for years, he set out to create a pediatric dental office where children feel safe, supported, and excited about caring for their smiles. His mission is to help children build positive early dental experiences that support a lifetime of healthy oral habits.
